1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on the phbwt platform, accessing our website at https://phbwt.cam, downloading our mobile application, or using any of our gaming services, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the phbwt platform and refrain from creating an account.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all users accessing phbwt services from within the Republic of the Philippines. Users accessing our services from outside the Philippines do so at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws and regulations in their jurisdiction. We reserve the right to restrict access to our services in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited or restricted by law.

We may modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. When material changes are made, we will notify registered users via email to their registered email address and display a prominent notice on the phbwt website. Your continued use of our services following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. 2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Legal Capacity

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence, whichever is greater, to create an account and use phbwt services. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of account balance.

phbwt employs age verification procedures during the registration process and may conduct additional checks at any time. These procedures may include identity document verification (valid government-issued ID such as passport, driver's license, or UMID), facial recognition technology, and third-party age verification services. Accounts found to belong to individuals under the legal gambling age will be immediately closed, and all funds will be confiscated in accordance with PAGCOR regulations.

2.2 Account Registration Requirements

To register an account on the phbwt platform, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, valid email address, mobile phone number, and preferred password. You may only register one (1) account per person, household, IP address, and payment method. Creating multiple accounts (known as "duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login information with any third party or allow any other person to access your account. You agree to notify phbwt immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. phbwt shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

2.3 Restricted Jurisdictions and Prohibited Users

You represent and warrant that you are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal or prohibited by law. The following categories of individuals are expressly prohibited from creating accounts or using phbwt services:

• Individuals who are self-excluded from gambling activities or listed on any gambling exclusion registry maintained by PAGCOR or other regulatory authorities;
• Employees, contractors, agents, or affiliates of phbwt, its parent company, subsidiaries, or any of our game providers and business partners, or immediate family members of such persons;
• Individuals with undischarged bankruptcy proceedings or insolvency arrangements;
• Persons acting on behalf of others or using accounts registered in another person's name;
• Individuals engaged in professional or semi-professional gambling activities for income generation purposes (unless explicitly authorized by phbwt management);
• Individuals attempting to circumvent geographic or technical restrictions through VPNs, proxy servers, or other anonymization technologies.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

3.1 Deposit Methods and Processing

phbwt accepts deposits through approved payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, major Philippine banks (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Security Bank, Landbank, PNB), and selected cryptocurrency options (USDT via authorized Philippine exchanges). Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process. All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise specified. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing.

Deposits are typically credited to your phbwt account instantly or within minutes, depending on the payment method and processing time of the payment provider. In some cases, bank transfers may take up to 24 hours to process. You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information is accurate and that sufficient funds are available. phbwt does not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider may impose transaction fees.

3.2 Withdrawal Procedures and Requirements

You may request withdrawal of your account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions: (a) you have provided complete and verified identity documentation as required by our Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures; (b) your account is in good standing with no pending investigations or violations; (c) you have met any applicable wagering requirements associated with bonuses or promotions; and (d) the withdrawal amount meets the minimum withdrawal threshold (typically PHP 200 for GCash/PayMaya, PHP 500 for bank transfers).

Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours for verified accounts using GCash or PayMaya, and within 1-3 business days for bank transfers. First-time withdrawals and withdrawals exceeding PHP 50,000 may require additional verification and be subject to extended processing times of up to 7 business days. We reserve the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large withdrawal requests or suspicious transaction patterns in accordance with anti-money laundering regulations.

Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. If you have deposited using multiple payment methods, withdrawals will be processed proportionally to your deposit methods in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements. You may be required to wager deposited funds at least once before withdrawal to comply with regulatory obligations.

3.3 Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

phbwt offers various bonuses and promotional offers to players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements (also known as playthrough or turnover requirements), game restrictions, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. Bonus terms are displayed on the promotion page and must be accepted before claiming a bonus.

Wagering requirements specify the number of times you must wager the bonus amount and/or deposit amount before bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash. For example, a 30x wagering requirement on a PHP 1,000 bonus means you must place PHP 30,000 in wagers before bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal. Different games contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, table games may contribute 10-20%, and live casino games may contribute 5-10%. Specific contribution rates are listed in the promotion terms.

Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, wagering patterns designed solely to meet bonus requirements without genuine gameplay, or coordinated play with other users, will result in immediate forfeiture of bonuses, winnings, and potentially account closure. We reserve the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if we detect fraudulent or abusive behavior.

4. Gaming Rules and Conduct

4.1 Fair Play and Game Integrity

All games offered on the phbwt platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer systems to ensure fair and random outcomes. Game outcomes cannot be predicted, influenced, or manipulated by phbwt or any player. We conduct regular testing and audits of our games by independent accredited testing laboratories to verify fairness and compliance with industry standards.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breaches of these Terms and Conditions:

• Cheating, including the use of bots, automated playing software, or any device or program designed to manipulate game outcomes or provide unfair advantages;
• Collusion with other players to manipulate games or exploit game mechanics;
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or glitches for financial gain;
• Using strategies specifically designed to exploit bonus terms or promotional offers;
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or tampering with game software;
• Using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to conceal your location or bypass geographic restrictions.

Detection of any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds and winnings, and potential legal action. We employ sophisticated monitoring systems to detect irregular betting patterns, coordinated play, and other forms of cheating or fraud.

4.2 Betting Limits and Restrictions

phbwt imposes minimum and maximum betting limits on all games to ensure responsible gaming and operational integrity. These limits vary by game type and player account status (standard, VIP, etc.). We reserve the right to modify betting limits at any time without prior notice. Players who consistently bet near maximum limits may be subject to enhanced monitoring or adjusted limits at our discretion.

We reserve the right to void bets or refuse wagers in the following circumstances: (a) bets placed after a game outcome is known or when a technical error has occurred; (b) bets exceeding your available account balance; (c) bets placed in violation of bonus terms or promotional restrictions; (d) bets that we reasonably believe are part of fraudulent activity or system exploitation.

4.3 Sports Betting Specific Terms

For sports betting services, the following additional terms apply. Bets are accepted only on events listed on the phbwt sportsbook at the time of placement. We reserve the right to suspend betting on any event at any time without prior notice. All bets are settled based on official results announced by the relevant sports governing body or organization. If an event is postponed, canceled, or abandoned, specific settlement rules apply as described in our Sports Betting Rules (available in the Help section).

In the event of obvious pricing errors (also known as "palpable errors"), phbwt reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. Obvious errors include incorrect odds that significantly deviate from market standards, incorrect handicap or total points lines, or technical errors in odds display. We will make every effort to notify affected players when obvious errors are corrected.

5. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

phbwt is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools to help players maintain control over their gambling activities. We encourage all players to gamble responsibly and within their financial means. Gambling should be viewed as entertainment, not as a way to make money or solve financial problems.

Self-exclusion is effective immediately upon confirmation and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. During self-exclusion, you will not receive promotional materials from phbwt. Attempts to create new accounts or circumvent self-exclusion will result in permanent account closure.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, materials, software, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, and intellectual property displayed on the phbwt platform, including but not limited to text, images, audio, video, game designs, user interface elements, and source code, are the exclusive property of phbwt or our licensors and are protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws, including copyright, trademark, and patent laws.

The phbwt name, logo, and all related product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of the Company. You are not granted any right or license to use these trademarks without our prior written consent. Unauthorized use of phbwt trademarks or intellectual property may constitute trademark infringement, copyright infringement, or other violations of intellectual property rights, and may result in civil and criminal liability.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the phbwt platform except as follows: (a) your computer may temporarily store copies of such materials in RAM incidental to your access and viewing; (b) you may store files automatically cached by your web browser for display enhancement purposes; (c) you may print one copy of a reasonable number of pages for your personal, non-commercial use.

7. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PHBWT, ITS PARENT COMPANY, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PHBWT PLATFORM OR SERVICES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR ANY OTHER COMMERCIAL DAMAGES OR LOSSES.

The phbwt platform and all services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the phbwt platform will operate error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee that game outcomes will meet your expectations or that you will achieve any particular results from using our services.

We shall not be liable for any losses arising from: (a) system failures, server downtime, or technical malfunctions beyond our reasonable control; (b) third-party payment processor delays or failures; (c) errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in game information or odds; (d) unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials; (e) acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, war, terrorism, civil unrest, or government actions.

Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions or your use of the phbwt platform shall not exceed the total amount of deposits you made to your phbwt account in the six (6) months immediately preceding the date the claim arose, or PHP 10,000, whichever is greater.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or your use of phbwt services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Manila, Philippines.

Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any disputes informally by contacting phbwt customer support. If the dispute cannot be resolved through informal negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue formal resolution through the following process:

1. Submit a formal written complaint to PAGCOR's Consumer Protection Division, providing all relevant documentation and correspondence;
2. Participate in good faith in any mediation or alternative dispute resolution process recommended by PAGCOR;
3. If mediation is unsuccessful, pursue binding arbitration under the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc., with the arbitration to be conducted in Manila, Philippines, in English;
4. Any arbitration award shall be final and binding, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, phbwt reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of our intellectual property rights, confidential information, or proprietary rights.

9. Account Closure and Termination

You may close your phbwt account at any time by contacting customer support and requesting account closure. Upon account closure, you must withdraw any remaining account balance. If you have active bonuses or pending wagers, these will be voided upon account closure. We reserve the right to charge an administrative fee for processing account closure if requested within 30 days of account registration.

phbwt reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if we reasonably believe: (a) you have violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions; (b) you have engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; (c) you have created multiple accounts or provided false information during registration; (d) your account activity presents a risk to phbwt's operations, security, or integrity; (e) your jurisdiction has implemented legal restrictions on online gambling.

Upon account termination for violations, phbwt may: (a) forfeit your account balance and any pending winnings; (b) void all bets and bonuses; (c) ban you from creating future accounts; (d) report fraudulent activity to PAGCOR and relevant law enforcement authorities. We may also pursue legal action to recover any losses suffered as a result of your violations.
